beSpontaneous.co.uk Limited (beS) is an online ticket agent specialising in late availability and discounted tickets to live events. Unlike the sector for advance tickets, there is a very short period of time between the time of purchase of tickets and the start of the event. Given this, an e-ticket is mailed immediately to the Customer. The Customer is required to print out a copy of the e-ticket and present this document to the venue box office 40 minutes prior to the start of the event. Seating will be allocated at this point and will be at the discretion of the box office. Please note that admittance to the event will be granted on presentation of this box office ticket (you will not be granted admittance using your e-ticket).

Given the nature of late availability tickets we cannot always guarantee seating together. In such instances we will make it clear and obvious that seating will be separate during the purchase process. You may opt out of the purchase at any point prior to the purchase being completed. Please be aware that once a purchase has been completed we will not be able to refund or exchange tickets.

Please note that beS is a ticket agent only and, therefore, has no control over the events listed on the site. All tickets sold are subject to the Rules and Regulations of the event organiser/promoter/venue (EOPV). Some of these rules and regulations are outlined below, however, full details are available on request from the EOPV directly.

1. The EOPV reserves the right to refuse admission.
   Admission is at the ticket holder’s own risk.
2. The EOPV reserves the right to ask latecomers to wait for an appropriate break/time before being admitted to ensure minimal disturbance to other audience members.
3. The EOPV reserves the right to make changes to the advertised programme due to circumstances outside its control.
4. Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
5. If the tickets are re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the EOPV, beS and authorised sub-agents, the tickets may become void, and the holder may be refused entry or ejected from the venue.
6. Unfortunately, beS cannot take responsibility for any tickets that are stolen or lost. Duplicate tickets will not be issued under any circumstance.

2. The Site and its contents are the property of beSpontaneous.co.uk Limited and of the featured event third parties (such as event promoters, event venues, bands, etc). Information found on the Site may not be copied (reproduced or published) or modified. The downloading of information is restricted to personal use whereby potential or existing customers may require information to review or use as a reference.
3. You may not link your web site to the Site.
4. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions and so recommend that you review these details regularly. Any changes made will become effective as soon as they appear on the site.
