Late Availabilities

The tickets sold by beSpontaneous.co.uk are late availabilities and discounted tickets. Late availabilities are tickets that have yet to be sold for an event immediately prior to the event taking place.

Purchase Process

The web site has been designed to make the process of purchasing tickets a simple and efficient experience for you within a secure environment. The purchasing process is summarised by the four steps noted below.
1. Choose an event
2. Select tickets (by price and enter the number of tickets required)
3. Purchase tickets (by providing personal and financial information in a secured environment)
4. Take a copy of the e-ticket received to the box office 40 minutes before the start of the event. Enjoy the event.

Ticket Collection

An e-ticket will be sent to the Customer (via email) immediately after a purchase has been made. The Customer is required to print out a copy of the e-ticket and present this document to the venue box office 40 minutes prior to the start of the event.
Seating will be allocated by the box office at this point and the relevant tickets issued.

IMPORTANT - SEATING

Given the nature of late availability tickets we cannot always guarantee seating together. In such instances, a pop-up message will appear on the screen informing you that seating together will not be guaranteed. This pop-up message will appear only when the desired tickets have been selected and before any financial or personal information has been requested. You may opt out of the purchase at any point prior to the purchase being completed. Please be aware that once a purchase has been completed we will not be able to refund or exchange tickets.

Price and Ticket Allocation

We, beSpontaneous.co.uk, act as an agent only. We sell tickets on behalf of event organisers/promoters, venues, bands and teams who set ticket prices and determine ticket allocation.
A minimal booking fee will be charged on each ticket purchased.
All transactions are limited to a specified quantity of tickets. This limit is set by the event organisers/promoters, venues, bands and teams .

Cancellation /rescheduling of event

In the rare instance of an event cancellation or rescheduling, we will consult the relevant third party (event organiser/venue, etc) and will try to contact you to inform you of the options available to you.
