1. What is a late availability ticket?
Late availabilities are the remaining tickets still available for sale immediately prior to the event taking place.
2. What is an e-ticket?
An e-ticket, in this instance, is confirmation of a ticket purchase sent via e-mail immediately after a purchase has been made. You are required to present the e-ticket to the venue box office 40 minutes prior to the start of the event. The box office will then issue tickets to you (note: seating will be allocated at this point). Admittance to the event will be granted on presentation of this box office ticket (you will not be granted admittance using your e-ticket).
3. What if I am unable to print out a copy of the e-ticket?
Ideally you are required to present the e-ticket to the venue box office 40 minutes prior to the start of the event. If you are unable to print the document you may note down the booking reference number as stated on the e-ticket and quote this reference at the box office.
4. When will I receive the ticket?
Tickets will be issued when you present your e-ticket to the venue box office 40 minutes prior to the start of the event (note: seating will be allocated at this point). Admittance to the event will be granted on presentation of this box office ticket (you will not be permitted admittance using your e-ticket).
5. Why must I go to the box office 40 minutes before the start of the event?
It is very important that you go to the box office 40 minutes ahead of the start of the show to collect your tickets. By presenting your e-ticket to the box office tickets will be issued to you (note: seating will be allocated at this point). You will not be granted admittance to the event without a valid box office ticket.
6. Can I purchase tickets over the phone?
No, beSpontaneous offers an online service only.
